HOW TO QUICKLY SAVE YOUR FAVOURITE QUEENKETO RECIPES

How to quickly save your favourite queenketo recipes: the NEW SAVE BUTTON.

Great news!!!! I’ve partnered with BigOven to let you easily save recipes on this blog to your phone or tablet, to make grocery lists and menu plans.  BigOven is a great FREE RECIPE ORGANISER and grocery list used by millions of cooks. It’s available for iPhone, iPad, AndroidWindows Phone and the web.

More about BigOven and how the “Save Recipe” button works:

The “Save Recipe” button is powered by BigOven and lets you save a copy of recipes from your favorite blogs into your BigOven account. When you click the “Save Recipe” button on a blog, a window pops up and you’ll create an account (just once). Now you’ll be able to save the recipe to your recipe box and add it to your grocery list. All the recipes you save show up in your “Added” list in the apps, carry the ingredients and a photo, and link back in a simple tap to the original blog for the full recipe instructions.how to quickly save your favourite queenketo recipes

BigOven membership is free and lets you store up to 50 recipes, make grocery lists, menu plans and more. An optional Pro membership upgrade is also available from BigOven, which offers unlimited recipe storage and removes all ads.

This is how to quickly save your favourite queenketo recipes from my blog: simply scroll down to the recipe box and you will see a red heart on the top right-hand corner, next to the print button. Click on the heart symbol and create a free account. You only have to do this step once, then boom, each time you wish to save  a favourite, one click will do it for you. It makes sense to have all your favourite recipes right there at your fingertips. No more searching and scrolling for that recipe you saw somewhere and want to find again. BigOven is easy, quick and very handy.

I thought adding the BigOven “Save Recipe”  button would be a great way to help my readers. But not just for the added convenience that the “Save Recipe”  button delivers. With over 12 million app downloads and 3+ million registered BigOven users,  you’ll be helping to spread the word on the keto, lchf way of healthy eating!

Here is a video that explains BigOven:

I hope you’ve found this helpful. Go on, give it a try… and save  your first favourite recipe!!!!

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Should you be unable to save a recipe using Big Oven, you could try Recipe Folder instead. It’s a free Chrome and Safari bookmarklet that lets you create a collection of recipes from any website, with or without an app. Click HERE to find out more.

  1. I use BigOven so was happy to read the above, but it’s not working for me either
I tried on Chrome and Edge browsers
Will you be fixing BigOven issue, or just using the replacement plug-in?

  2. Hello Antya, gave the try to this app and was expecting it should work just only to push the heart button, but I was not able to sign in to the app nor via FB or signin via email…maybe it is me, but could you check it pls? I like the way how to get your recipes with me 😉 Thank you Olga

    • Hi Olga,
I’m really sorry about this. On testing it, you’re right – nothing happens. As it’s something I can’t control, I’ve contacted my recipe plug-in developers, who hopefully will reply with a fix (although how fast they are will depend on how much work is involved for them to fix it in the first place).
Meanwhile, I found THIS, which is a free Safari and Chrome bookmarklet extension that may be helpful to you (I’ve not tested it).
