Equipment

Ingredients

  • 250 g celeriac net weight
  • 40 g cornichons
  • 25 g capers
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 5 g Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • top, tail and peel the celeriac, then wash it, dry it and either julienne or coarsely grate it.
  • chop cornichons and capers.
  • in a large bowl, mix mayonnaise with Dijon, then add celeriac, cornichons and capers.
  • stir and serve.

Notes

Keeps for several days, covered with cling film and refrigerated.
