Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly brewed coffee.
- 2 shots of whiskey
- 25 drops chocolate flavoured liquid Stevia
- 45 ml double cream
Instructions
- mix very hot coffee, stevia liquid and whiskey.
- pour into a wine glass up to about 1 finger width from the rim.
- wait a few seconds for the liquid to be motionless (any movement and the cream will sink).
- position a teaspoon with the handle angled 30° and the tip of the spoon touching the inside of the glass, just above coffee level.
- pour double cream over the spoon with a slow but steady motion.
- serve immediately.
