Ingredients

▢ 200 g cheese slices (6 slices)
▢ 150 g cream cheese
▢ 110 g mortadella (6 slices)

Instructions

pre-heat oven to 170 °C static.
lay the cheese slices, slightly overlapped, on a silicone baking sheet, to form a square or rectangle.
200 g cheese slices
bake 5 minutes; remove from oven and leave to cool.
once the cheese ‘skin’ has cooled, spread cream cheese all over, then add mortadella slices on top.
150 g cream cheese, 110 g mortadella
roll the long side tightly, wrap with cling film, then with foil.
refrigerate the roll for at least 2 hours before cutting it into 2cm/3/4” slices and serving.

Cream cheese can be swapped for goats cheese or any other soft and spreadable cheese.
