A delicious spoon dessert made healthy with Agar and no sugar. Probably the easiest and fastest dessert in the world.

Instructions
panna cotta
  1. whisk all ingredients inside a medium heavy-base saucepan.
  2. continue to whisk as you bring the mixture to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer and whisk from time to time.
  3. after 5 minutes, transfer to individual moulds (silicone moulds will make it easier to pop the panna cotta out)
  4. allow to cool down completely, refrigerate until set and serve.
hazelnut chocolate sauce
  1. using a coffee grinder or similar, grind nuts until powdery.
  2. add hazelnut oil and grind again until you obtain a smooth paste.
  3. melt chocolate over a bain-marie or in the microwave on low setting.
  4. add hazelnut paste to chocolate, incorporate Sukrin Icing 'sugar' and mix until smooth.
