Perfectly keto with their low carb, high fat content. These easy keto nut fudge squares are yummy, filling and totally satisfying.

Instructions
  1. mix softened butter with erythritol and stevia.
  2. add cream cheese and vanilla.
  3. microwave for a few seconds if too solid.
  4. add cacao and nuts.
  5. line a 20cm x 20cm square baking tray with parchment paper overhanging on 2 opposite sides.
  6. pour mix onto tray and flatten evenly.
  7. freeze for 15-20 mins until solid.
  8. slide a wet knife along the 2 sides without overhanging parchment.
  9. lift up using the overhangs and place on a chopping board.
  10. slice into squares or rectangles and keep refrigerated.
