- mix softened butter with erythritol and stevia.
- add cream cheese and vanilla.
- microwave for a few seconds if too solid.
- add cacao and nuts.
- line a 20cm x 20cm square baking tray with parchment paper overhanging on 2 opposite sides.
- pour mix onto tray and flatten evenly.
- freeze for 15-20 mins until solid.
- slide a wet knife along the 2 sides without overhanging parchment.
- lift up using the overhangs and place on a chopping board.
- slice into squares or rectangles and keep refrigerated.
