Soft, moist chocolate brownies topped with home-made Nut.ella and nuts. Totally indulgent yet 100% healthy and very low carb.

  1. pre-heat oven to 160C fan (180C static).
  2. line a 20cm x 20cm silicone mould (or similar) with parchment paper overhanging on all sides.
  3. whisk eggs, vanilla and sweeteners until pale and fluffy.
  4. melt chocolate and butter over very low heat or a bain-marie and combine with egg mixture.
  5. incorporate dry ingredients pour into your lined mould and bake for 15-18 mins (use toothpick test to make sure it is cooked through).
  6. let the brownie 'cake' cool completely while still in its mould, then refrigerate until set.
  7. lift it out and onto a serving dish, spread Nut.ella all over the top and refrigerate again for 1 hour.
  8. finally, sprinkle crushed hazelnuts all over and press down lightly with your palm, then cut into 16 squares and serve.
Notes
Keep refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 5 days.
