Ingredients
- 75g hazelnut paste (butter) (click HERE for U.S. option)
- 30g unsweetened dark cocoa (U.S. option HERE)
- 75g vegetable glycerine (U.S. option HERE)
- 40g hazelnut oil
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract (click HERE for U.S. option) or make your own
- 1-2 full droppers of vanilla flavoured liquid stevia
Instructions
- put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- whisk until smooth.
- taste test and adjust sweetness by adding a little more stevia if required;
- add a little more hazelnut oil if you prefer a more fluid consistency.
- decant to a jar, seal and store.
Notes
The recipe creates approximately 300g of NUT.ELLA.
Store NUT.ELLA for up to 2 weeks in a cupboard at room temperature, or up to 2 months in the fridge.
