Get in the festive mood with a delicious Baileys flavoured Irish Coffee that is keto friendly and utterly satisfying.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee.
  • 1-2 shots of whiskey
  • 15-25 drops chocolate flavoured liquid Stevia (U.S. option HERE) (adjust according to sweetness of stevia brand you use)
  • 45ml double cream
Instructions
  1. mix hot coffee, stevia liquid and whiskey.
  2. pour into a wine glass up to about 1 finger width (1.5cm) from the rim.
  3. wait a few seconds for the liquid to be motionless (any movement and the cream will sink).
  4. position a teaspoon inside the glass so it touches the side just above coffee level.
  5. pour double cream over the spoon with a slow but steady motion.
Notes
Make sure you add a lot of sweetener, as stated in the recipe, otherwise you won't get the super sweet Baileys effect.
