- 100g cooked and peeled prawns
- 40g avocado
- 20g sugar free low carb mayonnaise (I use Calvé Classica)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 squirt (5g) tomato concentrate
- a few drops Worcestershire sauce
- a pinch of fine himalayan pink salt
- a generous pinch of paprika
- 2 slices of Amazing Low Carb Keto Protein Bread
- 2 knobs (20g) Kerrygold softer butter
- in a medium bowl, mix prawns, diced avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tomato concentrate, Worcestershire sauce, salt and paprika.
- mix thoroughly with a fork.
- add a little cold water if too dense for your preference.
- taste test and adjust salt/paprika.
- spoon onto Little Gem Lettuce and serve with buttered toast.
