Ingredients
  • 8 salami slices (40g) (or pancetta, coppa, ham, cured lard, etc.)
  • 80g full fat soft cheese (cream cheese, brie, gorgonzola, goats cheese, stracchino, etc.)
  • a handful of rocket leaves
  • 2 slices of Amazing Keto Protein Bread (optional)
  • 2 knobs (20g) Kerrygold softer butter
Instructions
  1. toast and butter bread slices (optional).
  2. spread out salami slices, spoon some cheese over them, top with a few rocket leaves and roll up.
  3. serve with some scattered rocket leaves.
