Make sugar free candied nuts in under 5 minutes. Delicious, crunchy, moreish.

  1. heat coconut oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan, over medium heat.
  2. add erythritol, stevia, cinnamon and 2 tsp water, then incorporate nuts and stir to coat well.
  3. cook for 4-5 minutes whilst stirring often.
  4. transfer to a baking tray lined with double parchment paper.
  5. leave to cool for a few minutes, then separate the nuts (they will clump together as they cool).
  6. once completely cold, store in an airtight container or package into Favours.
Notes
