heat coconut oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan, over medium heat.
add erythritol, stevia, cinnamon and 2 tsp water, then incorporate nuts and stir to coat well.
cook for 4-5 minutes whilst stirring often.
transfer to a baking tray lined with double parchment paper.
leave to cool for a few minutes, then separate the nuts (they will clump together as they cool).
once completely cold, store in an airtight container or package into Favours.
